Our membership is yearly and is like an in-house dental insurance.

Cost: $250 per adult, $150 for children (3-12), children under 3 included with adult membership. 

 

Included:

• All preventative care

  • 2 exams a year

  • 2 cleanings a year (deep cleanings not included)

  • 1 set of x-rays a year

• One emergency exam visit

• 15% off all offered treatment, less lab fees

• Core buildups included with inlay/onlay/crown/bridges

• Custom athletic guard: $50 (regular $250)

• Whitening: $150 (regular $500)

• Invisalign (comprehensive case): $1,000 off office fee (regular: $4,000 + lab fees)

 

Both myself and my husband are Navy veterans and are grateful for all the people we served with and consider all service members past and present family.  Because of this, we offer a Military/ veteran, law enforcement, & firefighter membership for $150.
